So the Xbox One is here and, depending on where you live, the PS4 has either been out for a week, or will release in a week. Needless to say the gaming world is going crazy for next-gen games and consoles.

But I have a problem. I’ve bought an Xbox One, and it’s arrived. One game that I knew I wanted was FIFA 14, but that came free with my preorder, and I’m now stuck trying to decide what else I should buy. I posted last month an article expressing my concerns that Microsoft’s launch lineup might not be strong enough, but that doesn’t seem to be a problem.

There are plenty of games I could happily buy, like Dead Rising 3, Need for Speed:Rivals or Call of Duty: Ghosts, but I’m not sure which to get. All three of the titles mentioned above, and others, all look worth playing and worth owning, but I’m not sure if they justify £50 price tags.
