If you have seen a weird message pop up in your Roblox inbox, or if you have been hearing all about a new Roblox Terms of Service addition, you may be confused. Roblox is cracking down on banned content in their stores. Now, some users are owed a refund.

Roblox Moderated Item Robux Policy

If you had purchased an item that ended up being found fraudulent by Roblox, you likely received a message in your Roblox inbox. This message is from the site itself. Here is a copy of the policy message:

If you click the Agreement word that is bolded (it is underlined and linked in the real message), you will be given a paragraph that explains the new policy.

After this paragraph, you have two buttons down below. One button says I agree and the other says Cancel. You must choose I agree if you want to comply with the message above. Selecting Cancel will send you off of the policy page.

What Does the Policy Mean?

The policy is essentially going over the recent changes in regards to Roblox store items that are not up to Roblox standards. The message is to let users that have been wronged know that they will get their Robux back for the item they purchased. Those who are creating illegitimate items in Roblox will possibly have their accounts terminated. If you are a wronged party who is owed Robux, you must click I agree to receive your currency.
