There was a lot of talk around E3 2021 last week and safe to say, it wasn’t too positive.

In this week’s episode of The Nerd Stash Show, we discuss the reports on E3 potentially adding some paid elements to their digital event this year and the ESA’s response to the story.

E3’s 2021 digital show is a free event for all attendees. We’re excited to fill you in on all the real news for the event very soon. https://t.co/HzTzaQEosx

That’s not all. We have some stuff to say on April’s PlayStation Plus games, Cyberpunk 2077, and more. We also pay tribute to Mario, who apparently died on March 31st.

You can find a description for the episode, timestamps for each topic, and the episode itself down below:

More news about the upcoming E3 2021 dropped and it’s not any better than the last bit of E3 news.

In fact, it sounds as though there’s the possibility there might be portions of E3 that are behind a paywall if a current report is to be believed. Of course, the ESA has come out and denied those reports, but are they lying? And does this make E3 more irrelevant than ever before? Is this the FINAL nail in the coffin for the once all-mighty show? Let’s break that down!

Plus, there’s confirmation about Sony shuttering the PSP, PS3, and PS Vita shops (making Brandon sad!), CD Projekt Red might be scraping Cyberpunk 2077’s multiplayer mode, AND developing two AAA games simultaneously, and we remember Mario after his death.

We’re joined by The Nerd Stash’s Alex Zdravkovic to talk about all of this and more!”
