Ubisoft has planned to keep its latest title Far Cry 6 relevant and engaging as long as possible through DLCs and cross-over missions. The developers have confirmed the development of 3 different DLC sets to release in the latter half of 2021 and early 2022.
All the three announced DLC are based on several Antagonists from past Far Cry series.
- Episode 1: Vaas: Insanity - This DLC will see the return of an iconic villain in gaming history, Vaas Montenegro, from the universe of Far Cry 3.Episode 2: Pagan: Control - The only noteworthy part of Far Cry 4 was the evil kingpin, Pagan Min. The second DLC from the developers will see some twisted tales featuring the overlord from Nepal.Episode 3: Joseph: Collapse - The final DLC will feature the cultist redneck, Joseph Seed, from the Far Cry 5 fictional Hope County.
Scheduled Release Date for All Far Cry 6 DLC
- Episode 1: Vaas: Insanity - Scheduled for release in November 2021.Episode 2: Pagan: Control - Scheduled for release in January 2022.Episode 3: Joseph: Collapse - Scheduled for release in March 2022.
The exact release date for the DLCs has not been announced by the developers.
