There are many places where the device from Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 can be found. However, we think it’s most convenient to land in the center of the map since it is the easiest place to find a device.
The location resembles an outpost of the Seven. Enter the most Western building and look to your right to find the device. The device will be inside a small briefcase. All you have to do is interact with it. A recorded message will inform the player that they are part of a battle plan.
The recorded message is the scientist (who many people think is Joel McHale):
When you complete this quest, you can move on to the remaining challenges available during Week 1 of the season. Once you’ve completed these quests, you’ll earn tons of XP, which will help you unlock Spider-Man. Also, pay attention to your Shanta quests, such as obtaining Gem Fragments from gas stations and acquiring Gem Fragments from Seven Vaults.
