Where Does Allay Spawn in Minecraft 1.19
In Minecraft, the Allay mob only spawns in two pillager structures. These are:
Both of these structures are home to hostile pillager mobs. So, make sure to carry the best Minecraft potions for additional protection.
The outposts are tall wooden structures that are inhabited by pillagers. In some locations, the outposts generate wooden cages around them. Some of the cages are empty, whereas others have iron golems in them. But, at times, these cages can also generate Allays trapped inside them.
You can easily break the wooden cages to free the Allay. The process is simple as most pillagers might not notice you. Even if they do, they are much easier to defeat as compared to the hostile mobs of the woodland mansions. You can find up to three Allays in each cage of a pillager outpost.
As the name implies, woodland mansions are pillager structures that look like full-fledged mansions and have unique rooms in them. Some of these rooms have hostile mobs in them, while others are merely there for aesthetic purposes. But what’s most interesting is that almost all woodland mansions generate a cage room with multiple Allay cages. You can get up to 12 Allays in each cage room.
You have to walk into the mansion, avoid hostile mobs, and free the Allays. Though it isn’t as simple as it sounds. Unlike a pillager outpost, the pillager mobs in the mansions are more diverse. So, you should avoid challenging them to a fight.
Since the Allay spawn is dependent on the hostile structures mentioned above, the biomes don’t affect their spawn. But you can search for some specific biomes to find the structures that might have Allays in them.
You can find the pillager outposts in the following biomes:

*Bedrock Only
The woodland mansions only spawn in the dark forest biome. They are rarer than the pillager outposts and much harder to spot as well.
If roaming around and exploration doesn’t work, you can also enable cheats in your world to skip the search process. Then, you only have to use the following commands in your game to find the structures that spawn with Allay in them.
/locate structure minecraft:mansion
