Bayonetta 3 goes beyond what any other video game defines as normal but also beyond what the saga itself would consider as such. Bayonetta 3‘s madness carries on after the endgame if you pick up its hidden collectibles like Medallion Shards.
The number of available weapons and the secret enemies you can penetrate with them is overwhelming.

My point was that there’s more than one secret boss hidden away in the game levels. To uncover their hidden location, you’ll have to go through some ordeal like finding collectibles.
If you collect all four Medallion Shards, you’ll be able to unlock the Golem Boss Fight. This guide will show you where to find the four Medallion Shards in Bayonetta 3.
Where to find Medallion Shards in Bayonetta 3
Medallion Shard #1
The first Medallion Shard spawns right at the beginning of the game in Chapter 1. As soon as you spawn, head to the right until you get to the island’s edge. Some steps will take you to a hidden island and destroy the Glowing Relic.
Medallion Shard #2
You will come across the second Medallion Shard in Chapter 4. Once you reach the broken bridge, jump on the island next to it. You will notice there’s a waterfall and two islands next to it. Jump towards the island with the Glowing Relic you need to destroy.
Medallion Shard #3
The third Medallion Shard can be found in Chapter 7. In the area with the round portal in the ground, head towards the door. There’s de Glowing Relic right in front of the doorway.
Medallion Shard #4
The last medallion is in Chapter 10. After finishing Verse 2, sprint towards the stone building and hit the base until it collapses. Inside it, you’ll find the fourth Glowing Relic you need to destroy.

What are the rewards for finding all Medallion Shards in Bayonetta 3?
After collecting all four medallion shards in Bayonetta 3, you’ll receive a notification about how the Blue Medallion is complete. Your reward? A secret boss fight against Golem.
If you manage to defeat this secret boss, you’ll be rewarded with a chest containing a Moon Pearl and a Witch Heart.
